Who we are

Regenix is operated by J&T Solutions Inc. ("J&T Solutions," "Regenix," "we," or "us"). This policy covers regenix.io, its contact and booking forms, and related website inquiries.

Information you provide

When you contact us or book a call, we may collect:

• Your name, work email, phone number, and brand name.
• Your brand website and answers about its stage, needs, and payment processor.
• Notes or other details you choose to include.
• Your browser's time zone, selected appointment time, and call details.

Please do not include medical, payment-card, government ID, or other sensitive personal information in the form.

Information collected by the site

When you submit a booking request, the site sends the page path, referring page, and campaign tags in the page URL to our booking CRM with your application. These tags can include UTM parameters, Google click IDs, and Meta click IDs.

The booking flow uses your browser's session storage to remember form progress and show a booking confirmation. That information stays in the current browser session and is cleared by your browser when the session ends. Standard hosting and security logs may also record technical details such as your IP address, browser, and request time.

How we use information

We use it to:

• Reply to inquiries, review a business's needs, and arrange requested calls.
• Maintain the booking system, prevent spam, and protect the site.
• Keep business records and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information collected through this site or use booking-form information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Who receives information

Application details are sent to our customer relationship management system so we can review your application and prepare for your call. Calls are scheduled through Calendly, which receives the details you enter there. We may also share information with service providers that host, secure, or support the website and booking system. They may use it only to provide those services to us. We may disclose information when required by law or when needed to protect people, the site, or our legal rights.

Retention and security

We keep information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, manage a business relationship, keep required records, and protect our services. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, but no website or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your privacy choices

Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have the right to ask us to confirm whether we process your personal data, access or correct it, delete it, or opt out of certain processing. You may also have the right to appeal a decision on a privacy request. To make a request or appeal, email privacy@regenix.io with the subject "Privacy request" or "Privacy appeal." We may ask for enough information to verify your request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

Children

This site is for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
